Job summary

Sping BV in the Netherlands is seeking a senior UX designer to design systems that genuinely work for end users. You own projects from research to final delivery, collaborating with developers to build practical, user-friendly interfaces that deliver real business value.

You’ll champion human-AI interaction, translating complex data flows into intuitive user flows, and act as a strategic sparring partner for clients, guiding roadmaps and managing expectations with confidence.

Qualifications

• A portfolio showing your process and approach matters.
• Experience with research, concepting, and visual design.
• An eye for UI where polish makes the difference.
• Work independently, take ownership, and solicit input timely.
• Communicate easily with colleagues and clients.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Interest in commercial and strategic side: client conversations, spotting opportunities, PO tasks when fitting.
• Curiosity about AI possibilities and translating data flows into user flows.
