Job summary

ING in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Customer Journey Expert, Digital Assets to help shape and deliver digital asset capabilities and tokenised forms of money for ING's clients and internal businesses.

You will work with product managers, architects, engineers, risk, and compliance to translate opportunities into scalable banking services while aligning with ING's governance and controls framework.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, Business Analysis, Payments, or Digital Assets.
• Experience delivering complex, regulated financial programmes.
• Strong knowledge of payments, settlements or digital assets domains.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive analysis, design and delivery of digital asset capabilities within ING.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and operating models.
• Bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure viable solutions.
• Define end-to-end payment, settlement and liquidity processes.
• Prioritise backlog and manage Agile delivery execution.
• Coordinate across business, operations, architecture, risk and compliance.
• Support testing, implementation and operational readiness.
