Job summary

ING Nederland in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Customer Journey Expert, Digital Assets to drive analysis, design and delivery of digital asset capabilities within ING. You will translate business opportunities into product requirements, operating models and technology solutions, bridging business stakeholders and engineering teams.

The role combines product management, delivery leadership and payments expertise to shape scalable banking services for internal clients and external customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, business analysis or payments.
• Strong knowledge of digital assets, tokens and settlement models.
• Experience delivering complex programmes in regulated environments.
