Job summary

ING is seeking an AI Management consultant to drive the end-to-end AI funnel in a truly international Wholesale Banking context. You will manage the AI portfolio, engage stakeholders across business, AI, tech and risk, and lead governance with a strategic lens.

The role emphasizes design and product thinking, Lean/Agile delivery, and hands-on execution. A master’s degree and 5+ years of consulting experience are expected, with English fluency and a preference for Dutch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting or as a senior consultant.
• Master’s degree required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complexity into a clear strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end AI funnel: identify, validate and prioritize AI ideas aligned with strategy and impact.
• Manage and refine the WB AI portfolio with oversight and actionable recommendations.
• Continuously improve processes, roles and tools to enable reuse, scalability and adoption of AI.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-product alignment across business, AI, tech and risk.
• Conduct market research and intelligence to feed insights into strategy and teams.
• Prepare messages for decision making and engage AI governance bodies.
• Support projects like WB AI strategy & governance and drive adoption and value in the end-to-end value chain.
