Movado Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated Customer Operations Specialist to support our German wholesale, travel retail and distributor partners.

You will join our Europe Customer Operations team, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Warehouse to ensure accurate orders, timely deliveries and clean invoicing. The role requires 3–4 years in customer operations or O2C in a B2B setting, fluency in German and English, strong Excel skills and experience with SAP.

• Strong written and verbal communication in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of German wholesale, travel-retail and distributor accounts and ensure smooth order-to-cash operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Master Data and Warehouse for on-boarding customers, processing orders, returns and invoices.
• Monitor order flow, backlog and deliveries and coordinate with the warehouse to ship on time.
• Use the B2B portal and SAP ERP system to process orders, credits/debits and maintain accurate records.
• Help generate regular sales and order reports and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and service-minded Customer Operations Specialist to support our German wholesale, travel retail, and distributor partners. You’ll join our central Customer Operations team for Europe, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Master Data, Tax, Warehouse and Business Analytics to ensure a smooth and reliable order-to-cash experience for your customer base.

What you’ll do

• Manage a portfolio of German wholesale, travel-retail and distributor accounts, ensuring smooth order-to-cash operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Master Data and Warehouse teams for on-boarding customers, processing orders, returns and invoices.
• Monitor order flow, backlog and deliveries — coordinating with warehouse to make sure orders ship on time.

About you

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English; 3–4 years’ experience in a similar customer operations or order-to-cash role, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and driven to deliver excellent service.
• Skilled in building relationships across teams and regions.
• Experience managing orders and backlogs in an ERP system (SAP preferred).
• Confident with Excel and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
