Job summary

Movado Group Nederland B.V. is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to support German wholesale, travel-retail and distributor partners. You will join a central European team collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Finance to ensure a smooth order-to-cash experience.

The role requires 3–4 years in a similar operation, strong German and English communication, and proficiency with SAP and Excel. Hybrid work is offered, with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• 3–4 years’ experience in customer operations or order-to-cash in a B2B setting.
• Strong relationship-building across teams and regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of German wholesale, travel-retail and distributor accounts ensuring smooth order-to-cash operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Master Data and Warehouse for onboarding, orders, returns and invoices.
• Monitor order flow, backlog and deliveries; coordinate with warehouse for timely shipments.
• Use B2B portal and ERP system (SAP preferred) to process orders, credits/debits and maintain records.
• Generate regular sales and order reports; contribute to process improvements.
