Job summary

WeTravel is seeking an eager player-coach to lead our growing solutions engineering team in Amsterdam. You will own complex technical customer engagements, designing and building integrations between WeTravel and third-party systems while developing a small team of Sales Engineers and Technical Account Managers.

This role spans pre- and post-sale work, from technical evaluation and solution design to driving adoption with existing customers, with the potential to evolve into a dedicated

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in solutions engineering or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to design data flows between systems and read API documentation.
• Experience with integrations using tools like Zapier.
• Strong project and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of Sales Engineers and Technical Account Managers.
• Design and implement complex customer integrations end-to-end with WeTravel and third-party systems.
• Own pre- and post-sale technical engagements from discovery to adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align roadmap with customer needs.
