Job summary

C Teleport is seeking a Squad Lead for Back Office & Integrations in the Netherlands. You will set technical direction, write production code with engineers, and build a high-performing team that connects customer systems with our platform.

You will work closely with the Product Owner in Rotterdam to shape the roadmap, break work into MVPs, and ensure reliable, scalable integrations. This role requires leadership, hands-on coding, and a deep understanding of modern architectures.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with active C#/.NET stack.
• 2+ years of current, full-scope people management as Engineering Manager, including hiring and 1:1s.
• Strong hands-on coding background and willingness to write production code.
• Experience using AI coding agents as part of team workflows.
• Solid grasp of SOLID, TDD, DDD, CQRS; relational DBs (PostgreSQL) and message brokers (RabbitMQ); microservices and Docker.
• Based in the Netherlands and able to work from the Rotterdam office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own the squad's technical direction and delivery outcomes from design to production.
• Line-manage engineers, hire for the squad, and conduct regular 1:1s.
• Write production code and lead reviews; collaborate with Product Owner on roadmap and MVPs.
• Ensure production stability, surface risks early, and keep incidents within SLA.
• Promote a culture of accountability: agree or disagree, then commit.
