WeTravel is hiring a senior software engineer to lead end-to-end features for organizers and travelers. You will collaborate with product to translate user problems into scalable solutions, build with React/React Native on the frontend and Ruby on Rails on the backend, and mentor teammates while shaping our engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, ideally full-stack.
• Experience building consumer-facing web apps at scale.
• Strong product ownership mindset and ability to lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead features end-to-end from user interviews to production deployment.
• Collaborate with product to shape solutions for organizers and travelers.
• Write high-quality frontend (TypeScript/React) and backend (Rails) code.
• Design resilient services and participate in on-call incident response.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to engineering best practices.
