Job summary

CM.com in Breda is seeking a Solution Engineer to act as the technical bridge between sales and clients. You will translate complex, cross-product opportunities into concrete designs that are ready to deliver.

Run demos and proofs-of-concepts, map data flows across HALO and our Customer Experience Platform, and support RFP/RFI responses with well-structured technical proposals. Fluent in English and Dutch, with a background in solution consulting or pre-sales, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Background in solution consulting, technical consultancy, or pre-sales.
• Strong AI and SaaS knowledge; familiarity with marketing automation, customer service platforms, or data platforms is a bonus.
• Autodidactic streak: ability to research and defend a solution at a client table.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical sparring partner for Sales in complex, cross-product sales cycles across the Netherlands and global hubs.
• Translate abstract ideas and product possibilities into detailed solution designs; map data flows and integrations across HALO and CX Platform.
• Run demos and proofs-of-concepts; contribute to RFP/RFI with structured technical proposals.
• Stay involved through implementation; bridge sales, delivery, and client to ensure the designed solution is delivered.
