Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Solution Architect for CDD Detection to shape scalable analytics and ML architectures across three squads. You translate business needs into robust technical designs and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, platform teams, product management and customers to build enterprise-grade data and AI platforms.

With 7+ years in ML, data science or solution architecture, you will drive Azure-based environments, MLOps, and CI/CD, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, solution architecture, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of analytics platforms and machine learning environments.
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud architecture and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Hands-on expertise with Databricks on Azure and Azure Machine Learning Services.
• Proficiency in Apache Spark and Apache Airflow.
• Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD practices within cloud-based machine learning environments.
• The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for a variety of stakeholders.
• A natural collaborator who enjoys bringing people together and fostering teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with engineers, product managers, policymakers, and senior stakeholders alike.

Shape the architecture behind machine learning solutions that support customer event detection across 3 specialised teams and help drive a rapidly growing domain within Rabobank.

Drive scalable and secure analytics and machine learning architecture as a Solution Architect by translating complex business needs into robust technical designs. In this role, you work closely with data scientists, engineers, platform teams, product management, and customers to build and guide enterprise-grade analytics platforms. As Solution Architect you contribute directly to reliable, compliant, and future-proof data and AI solutions across Rabobank.

Practical examples

Designing architecture solutions for machine learning models that analyse customer events and signals.

Supporting teams in building and improving analytics platforms and machine learning environments on Azure.

Translating requirements from product management, policy stakeholders and engineering teams into technical solutions.
