Job summary

Rabobank is seeking an ML Ops Engineer to build and operate production-grade machine learning platforms within the Security Operations Centre, ensuring detection, analytics, and cyber threat mitigation are scalable and reliable.

You will work with data scientists and security experts to deploy, monitor, and continuously improve ML solutions in a hybrid work environment, contributing to Rabobank's cyber resilience and growth.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in ML Ops, ML engineering, or a similar role.
• Proven deployment and operation of machine learning models in large-scale enterprise production environments.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, automation, cloud-native technologies, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Self-sufficient and able to take ownership.
• Pragmatic and results-oriented.
• Strong collaborator who works effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Job description

• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,994 and EUR 8,563 (scale 10)for a 36-hour work week.
• Extras: a thirteenth month, 8% holiday allowance, and a 10% Employee Benefit Budget.
• Development budget: EUR 1,400 development budget per year for your growth and development.

You & Your Function

Build, operate, and continuously improve machine learning platforms that strengthen the bank's cyber defence. As an ML Ops Engineer, you ensure that detection and analytics models perform reliably in production, from deployment and monitoring to optimisation and lifecycle management. Working closely with security experts and data scientists, you turn advanced machine learning capabilities into stable, scalable solutions that help identify and respond to cyber threats.
