Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Solution Architect Cloud Services to shape secure multi-cloud architectures across Azure, AWS, GCP and EU Cloud. You will define scalable principles, guide squads, and translate strategic developments into reusable capabilities.

You’ll collaborate with product owners, tech leads and engineers to ensure compliant, responsible and value-driven cloud services, balancing security, governance and innovation while supporting the bank’s digital ambitions.

Job description

• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,994 and EUR 8,563 (scale 10)for a 36-hour work week.
• Extras: a thirteenth month, 8% holiday allowance, and a 10% Employee Benefit Budget.

You & your role

Create clarity in a complex multi-cloud landscape as Solution Architect Cloud Services. Guide squads with product owners and tech leads, translate strategic developments into scalable architecture, and connect technical standards with organisational needs. Shape secure, compliant and reusable services across Azure, AWS, GCP and EU Cloud, while enabling responsible adoption of generative and agentic AI through clear principles and guardrails.

The role sits within Area Cloud Services, part of Engineering Services, and works closely with fellow solution architects, product owners, tech leads and engineering squads to shape Rabobank’s multi-cloud technology strategy.
