Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Tech Lead for Global Data & Analytics Platform to steer multiple teams building organisation-wide data and analytics capabilities. You will connect technical decisions to business goals, foster an engineering culture, and ensure the platform serves users across the bank.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in complex IT environments.
• Experience managing 30–50 employees; specify scope in CV.
• Knowledge of DevOps teams and scaled agile methods.
• Experience with complex data environments, software development and tech management.
• Experience guiding DevOps teams through organizational or technical transitions.
• Proven ability to develop autonomous teams delivering high performance.
• Affinity with digitalisation and cloud technology; business-level English.

Build a secure, stable and user-friendly data platform with multiple teams that supports the entire organisation.

As Tech Lead Global Data & Analytics Platform, you make an impact on people, processes and technology. You help teams collaborate more effectively, encourage a strong engineering culture and ensure the platform meets users’ needs. • 36 or 40 hours per week.
• You work directly with 3 or 4 Tech Leads and indirectly with 20 Tech Leads within Data & Analytics.

You work within Tech 4 Data & Analytics in the domain supporting the Global Data & Analytics Platform tribe. You report to a Senior Tech Lead and fulfil a connecting role between teams, stakeholders, the Product Owner and the Solution Architect.

You and your talent

• At least 5 years of experience in comparable leadership roles within complex IT environments.
• Experience managing approximately 30 to 50 employees. Experience at a comparable scale is essential for this position.
