Rabobank is seeking a Business Architect to join the CRO COO Retail area. You will translate business challenges into practical architecture solutions and help shape the target architecture with area, solution, and tech leads.
With strong Credit Risk knowledge and coaching experience, you will drive standards, mentor architects, and identify patterns to improve efficiency across the department.
Help the CRO Chief Operating Office (CRO COO) department work more efficiently by improving architecture, solving business challenges and strengthening the architecture community.
As Business Architect, you know the secrets of translating business challenges into clear and practical architecture solutions. You look beyond the existing backlog and help the department improve how work is organised and delivered.
The department has successfully completed a major Return to Compliance programme. The focus is now shifting towards building for the future and increasing efficiency. Within the CRO COO department, the area Retail is responsible for the development and implementation of Credit Risk models for all Retail portfolio’s (Mortgages / Retail SME / Consumer Finance).
Beyond solving business challenges, you will help the architecture team improve its own methods and collaboration. You will have the opportunity to influence how the architecture function develops within the department.
We believe in the power of differences. By combining people’s differences, we become an even better bank. We are curious about what you will bring to our team at CRO COO.
‘We do not only solve business problems. We also seriously consider how we can work better and be more efficiently ourselves.’ Harry Coopmans,
From architecture we collaborate with business and tech to define and implement solutions for the challenges we are facing. The team values people who contribute beyond their own backlog and actively help improve the department and the architecture profession within it.
For us, your development and that of society go hand in hand. That is why we want to invest in you and work together to create a better world. We summarise this in one sentence: “At Rabobank, you work on yourself and the world around you simultaneously.”
This is reflected in your personal development budget, our hybrid work environment and a good work-life balance. You can also work on banking matters for our personal and business clients, as well as on social issues such as the food and energy transitions.
At Rabobank, we are working towards a culture where everyone feels welcome. We value our differences and use them to collaborate more effectively and make better decisions. We do this step by step, paying attention to what is going well and the areas where we can continue to improve. By being open to different perspectives, we are creating an environment where colleagues feel heard. That helps us build an organisation where people enjoy working and where we truly understand and serve our customers.
