MPower Plus is seeking a ServiceNow Cloud Engineer to join an ongoing ServiceNow programme. You will provide hands-on engineering across ServiceNow environments, integrations, cloud connectivity, automation, configuration, testing, deployment and operational readiness.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and operations to ensure release readiness and robust service delivery. The role requires strong scripting, integration experience, and ITIL/ITSM knowledge in a complex

Formación

• Hands-on ServiceNow engineering experience including configuration, scripting, workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, scheduled jobs and platform utilities.
• Experience supporting an in-progress ServiceNow implementation and release readiness.
• Knowledge of instance repository, cloning, upgrades and release controls.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on technical engineering support across ServiceNow environments, integrations, cloud connectivity, automation, configuration, testing, deployment and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot configuration, integration, data, access, workflow and environment issues in a structured, pragmatic way.

The ServiceNow Cloud Engineer will join an in-flight ServiceNow programme where the

platform is already in place and delivery activity has already begun. The role will provide

hands-on technical engineering support across ServiceNow environments, integrations,

cloud connectivity, automation, configuration, testing, deployment and operational

readiness.

Skills & Experience

• Hands-on ServiceNow engineering experience, including configuration, scripting, workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, scheduled jobs and platform utilities.
• Experience supporting an in-progress ServiceNow implementation, remediation and release preparation.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow instance application repository, cloning, upgrades and release controls.
• Experience building and supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, import sets, transform maps, MID Server, connectors, web services and enterprise integration patterns.
• Understanding of cloud and hybrid infrastructure concepts, including networking, identity, monitoring, security, access control, data movement and operational support processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot configuration, integration, data, access, workflow, performance and environment issues in a structured and pragmatic way.
• Experience supporting technical testing, defect triage, remediation, deployment readiness, release activities and transition to support.
• Good understanding of ITIL, ITSM processes, service management tooling and operational support models.
• Strong collaboration skills with architects, developers, testers, cloud engineers, integration teams, security teams, operations and business stakeholders.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation, runbooks, configuration notes, deployment records, integration documentation and handover materials.
