Job summary

UIX Technologies is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Consultant to design and implement large-scale ITSM/CSM/ITOM solutions. You will work on CMDB, CSDM, and discovery, build integrations via IntegrationHub and REST APIs, and extend capabilities with Flow Designer and AI-powered features.

You will collaborate with architects and stakeholders, ensure data quality and security, and help scale enterprise workflows across diverse platforms.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Event Management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, platform configuration, business rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, Import Sets, MID Server, Event Pipelines, and batch integrations.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with platforms such as Splunk, Zabbix, Flexera, NetBox, Datadog, Active Directory, VMware vCenter, and Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of Now Assist, Generative AI concepts, AI Agents, and AI-driven workflow automation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.

Required Skills & Experience

Core ServiceNow Skills

5-7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Strong expertise in ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Event Management.

Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, platform configuration, business rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.

Experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, Import Sets, MID Server, Event Pipelines, and batch integrations.

Enterprise Integrations

Experience integrating ServiceNow with platforms such as Splunk, Zabbix, Flexera, NetBox, Datadog, Active Directory, VMware vCenter, and Microsoft Azure.

Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, normalization, reconciliation, and CI lifecycle management.

Experience with integration security, credential management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Now Assist, Generative AI & Agentic AI

Knowledge of ServiceNow Now Assist and its AI-powered productivity capabilities.

Understanding of Generative AI concepts, including large language models (LLMs), prompt design, AI-assisted summarization, and knowledge generation.

Familiarity with ServiceNow AI Agents, Agentic AI concepts, and AI-driven workflow automation.

Understanding of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and workflow orchestration for connecting AI capabilities with enterprise systems.

Awareness of AI security, data privacy, access controls, governance, and human-in-the-loop validation.

Experience implementing ServiceNow AI features or AI-enabled enterprise workflows is highly desirable.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.

Ability to design scalable integration architectures for complex enterprise environments.
