Job summary

L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty in the Benelux region is seeking a Social Brand Manager for CeraVe. You will lead advocacy and influencer strategy, balancing medical dermatology authority with creator-led storytelling to build lasting brand love.

You will collaborate with dermatologists and creators, manage the end-to-end influencer calendar, track campaign analytics, and work cross-functionally with product, digital teams and agencies to ensure seamless consumer journeys in a fast-paced FMCG

Qualifications

Must have a Master’s degree and at least three years of experience in influencer marketing and/or PR.
Active network across beauty and lifestyle creators.
Strong social media expertise and up-to-date trends.
Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch or French.
Structured, data-informed approach to creator partnerships.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end advocacy and influencer calendar across Benelux, aligning with marketing launches.
Partner with dermatologists and digital creators to co-create credible content.
Lead brand purpose initiatives via activations and seedings.
Monitor and evaluate campaign analytics to steer improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Brand Managers, digital teams, and external agencies.
