Join L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty in the Benelux as a Business Intelligence & Sales Support Manager. Lead a 6-person team to empower key account managers and channel leads, delivering automated dashboards that measure sell-in, sell-out, and stock-in-trade across Belgium and the Netherlands.

You will partner with Finance and Commercial Directors to arbitrate terms, forecasts, and landing numbers, and drive data transformation with Power BI while supporting major projects like NEO and the LPS B2B

Formación

Master’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Strong commercial data analysis and understanding of retail dynamics.
Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and BI modelling.
English proficiency; Dutch is an asset.

Responsabilidades

Deliver automated dashboards tracking sell-in, sell-out, and stock-in-trade targets across Belgium and the Netherlands.
Coordinate with Finance and Commercial Directors on trade terms, forecasts, and landing numbers.
Deploy Power BI dashboards and roll-out projects like NEO and LPS B2B platform.
Monitor customer satisfaction and analyze NPS to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with supply chain, digital, and marketing to ensure data consistency across brands.
