Job summary

L’Oréal Benelux is seeking a Sales Support Professional for the Dermatological Beauty division. You will connect Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Care and Data Management to ensure flawless promotions and data flows across Kepler, SAP and Salesforce-based systems.

You will coordinate activations, manage product orders and maintain up-to-date customer records, while collaborating with internal teams to optimise processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, commerce or a data-related field.
• Excellent command of Excel; experience with SAP, CRM/Salesforce (Kepler) and BI/reporting tools.
• Analytical, data-focused with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Cycle Preparation & Promotion Management: set up activations/promotions, manage forms and registration in Kepler/Salesforce.
• System Administration & Digital Tools: Kepler administration, UAT participation, data quality and Master Data Management.
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales Operations: share sales data and availability, maintain customer data and support data orders.
