Job summary

Golden Goose in Amsterdam Schiphol Airport invites a passionate Sneaker Maker to join our team. This role centers on co-creating personalized GG products with clients, transforming items into distinctive pieces that reflect their identity while delivering a memorable in-store experience.

You will guide customers through the co-creation journey, support sales with cross-selling, ensure the Golden App is used for segmentation, and maintain the co-creation area according to visual merchandising

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and time management abilities.
• Artistic hand-drawing skills (markers, watercolor, acrylic, basic sewing).
• Empathy, communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Co-create personalized GG products with clients using drawing techniques.
• Guide clients through the co-creation journey and storytelling in-store.
• Support sales through cross-selling and upselling; assist pre- and post-sale activities; help with inventory and loyalty efforts.
• Register customers on the Golden App for segmentation and profiling.
• Maintain the co-creation area in line with visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with store operations, opening/closing, inventory, GDPR and health & safety compliance.
• Utilize Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore and Stealth to enhance processes and customer engagement.
