Golden Goose in Amsterdam is seeking a passionate Sneaker Maker to co-create personalized GG products with clients, guiding them through a unique co-creation experience while reflecting the brand's storytelling. The role focuses on in-store engagement, cross-selling and up-selling, registering customers on the Golden App, and keeping the co-creation area aligned with visual standards and GDPR requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial.
• Artistic drawing skills and hand-drawing abilities are valued.

Responsibilities

• Co-create personalized GG products with clients using drawing and illustration techniques.
• Guide clients through a co-creation experience, upholding brand storytelling in-store.
• Assist with sales, aiming to meet business goals through cross-selling and up-selling.
• Support with pre-sale and post-sale tasks, including inventory and loyalty efforts.
• Ensure customers are registered on the Golden App for segmentation.
• Maintain the co-creation area according to visual merchandising standards.
• Participate in store operations, opening/closing, inventory, and GDPR/health & safety compliance.
• Utilize digital tools (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth) to enhance processes.
