Responsibilities

Support the implementation of new technology solutions to improve manufacturing reliability and efficiency.
Support operating system and application patching or update activities on the shopfloor.
Deliver IT equipment to end users, Production, and Warehouse teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.
Maintain and troubleshoot technology systems to ensure continuous operation.
Document and train staff on new technology processes and systems.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to support the manufacturing business.
Foster a continuous improvement mindset to optimize processes and systems.
