Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in IT support, manufacturing technology, or operations technology is preferred but not mandatory.
• Hands-on problem-solving attitude and basic understanding of IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in deployment and maintenance of manufacturing and warehouse technology systems.
• Support implementation of new technological solutions including IoT and AI.
• Perform updates, patching, and troubleshooting of shop floor software and applications.
• Deliver and set up IT equipment for production and warehouse staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.
• Document system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and user training materials.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure operational continuity.
• Stay updated on manufacturing technology and best practices.
