Job summary

CMA CGM Holland, based in Rhoon, is seeking a Sales Support Officer to back Account and Sales Managers with proactive administrative and sales support. You’ll be the vital link between clients, sales teams and internal departments to resolve challenges and elevate customer satisfaction.

You will use CRM and pricing systems daily, participate in weekly sales meetings, and help resolve operational issues while promoting CMA CGM's full range of services.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English required; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive administrative and sales support to Account and Sales Managers.
• Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and daily support.
• Manage and follow up on quotation requests and workflows.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute insights.
• Utilize CRM and pricing systems daily.
• Collaborate on dispute resolution and root cause analysis.
• Ensure accurate filing of quotations, including FMC filings.
• Share customer feedback with local trade managers.
• Develop and present business cases to Head Office line managers.
• Promote CMA CGM's full suite of services including e-Commerce, CMACGM+, Intermodal, and CEVA cross-selling
