Job summary

CMA CGM Netherlands is seeking an ambitious Inside Sales professional to manage a portfolio of SME customers and grow revenues across all CMA CGM trades. You will proactively engage customers, translate logistics challenges into tailored CMA CGM solutions, and collaborate across Sales, Trade Management, Customer Care and Operations to drive value.

You will promote Ocean Freight, Logistics, Intermodal, Digital Solutions and VAS, while maintaining a healthy pipeline, accurate rate quotes, and

Qualifications

Experience in inside sales or account management.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
Excellent communication in Dutch and English.
Experience with CRM systems (NOVA is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Own and develop a portfolio of SME customers across all trades.
Build long-term customer relationships through proactive account management.
Identify new business opportunities and actively grow your customer portfolio.
Promote and sell the full CMA CGM portfolio including Ocean Freight, Logistics, Intermodal, Digital Solutions and VAS.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the CMA CGM Group.
Understand customers' supply chain challenges and translate them into commercial solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate offers and follow up to closure.
Maintain a sales pipeline and customer information in NOVA (CRM).
Ensure timely and accurate rate management in AQUA.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer journey.
Monitor market trends and competitor developments to identify opportunities.
