Job summary

CMA CGM Holland in the Netherlands is seeking a Sales Support Officer to assist Account and Sales Managers with administrative and sales processes for a diverse client portfolio. You will act as the link between clients, sales teams and internal departments to resolve operational challenges and boost customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include handling quotations, maintaining CRM records, supporting weekly sales meetings, and promoting CMA CGM’s range of services.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Able to present data clearly.
• Knowledge of Logistics and Shipping is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive administrative and sales support to Account and Sales Managers.
• Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and daily support.
• Manage and follow up on quotation requests and workflows.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute insights.
• Utilize CRM and pricing systems daily.
• Collaborate on dispute resolution and root cause analysis.
• Ensure accurate filing of quotations, including FMC filings.
• Share customer feedback with local trade managers.
• Develop and present business cases to Head Office line managers.
• Promote CMA CGM’s full suite of services including e-Commerce, CMACGM+, Intermodal, and CEVA cross-selling.
