Job summary

Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to be the right hand of the Hub Manager, working hands-on with your team on the floor each shift. You ensure that every customer receives their order on time and in perfect condition while keeping your team motivated and supported.

You will be hands-on with picking, packing and inbounding, help drive the hub toward the goal of fast, accurate deliveries, and contribute to safety, hygiene, and ongoing onboarding.

Qualifications

• You enjoy working with people and are the point of contact for the team.
• You are hands-on and love working in operations.
• You remain calm in stressful situations and can motivate your team daily.
• Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail and/or catering.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders during your shift.
• Own productivity and safety during shifts to keep operations tight.
• Hands-on involvement in picking, packing, and inbounding as part of daily tasks.
• Serve as the Hub Manager's right-hand and step in during their absence to drive orders out quickly.
• Coach riders and pickers across safety, inventory, and on-boarding, and support hub operations.
