Job summary

Flink is an online grocer delivering rapid orders with a hands-on, fast-paced culture. As Shift Lead you will be the right hand of the Hub Manager, leading the floor team, ensuring on-time, intact deliveries, and maintaining high operational standards.

You will supervise pickers and riders, drive productivity, safety, and quality, and handle multiple hub duties from inbounding to inventory and onboarding of new staff. This role offers growth toward Hub Manager or HQ roles.

Qualifications

• You enjoy working with people and are the point of contact for the team.
• You are hands-on and love working in operations.
• You remain calm in stressful situations and can motivate your team daily.
• You already have some managerial experience, preferably in logistics/retail/catering.
• You are available for at least 24 hours per week.
• You are available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor, guiding and supporting pickers and riders during your shift.
• Own productivity and safety during your shift—keep operations tight and focused.
• Be hands-on, with picking, packing, and inbounding as part of your day.
• Act as the right-hand of the Hub Manager and step in during absences.
• Support all hub areas: safety, people, inventory, equipment, hygiene, onboarding.
