Flink is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee floor operations in our Dutch hub. You will guide pickers and riders, maintain productivity and safety, and ensure orders leave the hub on time and in perfect condition.

This hands-on role requires managing the team during busy shifts, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for growth and a strong focus on operational excellence. We offer a competitive hourly rate, a discount on Flink groceries, and a path toward Hub Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and motivate a floor team in a fast-paced e-commerce hub.
• Experience managing logistics, retail, or catering teams preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Hands-on leadership with a focus on safety and productivity.
• Availability for at least 24 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders during shifts.
• Own productivity and safety during shifts; keep operations tight.
• Hands-on with picking, packing, and inbounding as part of daily tasks.
• Act as Hub Manager's right-hand in their absence to accelerate orders.
• Oversee safety, people development, inventory, equipment checks, hygiene, and onboarding.
