Job summary

Flink is seeking a Shift Lead (m/f/d) to be the right hand of the Hub Manager, supervising a team on the floor through each shift. You will ensure orders are picked, packed, and delivered on time while keeping the team motivated and compliant with safety standards.

The role combines hands-on operations with leadership, covering inventory, inbounding, and equipment checks, with opportunities for progression and employee discounts on Flink groceries.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in logistics, retail or catering.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and motivate the team daily.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends and at least 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders during your shift.
• Own productivity and safety during your shift, keeping operations tight.
• Hands-on duties include picking, packing, and inbounding.
• Act as right-hand of Hub Manager and cover in their absence to speed up order fulfillment.
• Oversee safety, people coaching, inventory management, equipment checks, hygiene, and onboarding.
