Job summary

Flink in the Netherlands seeks a Hub Manager to lead the operations of one hub, ensuring efficient picking, packing and delivery, while upholding Flink's standards.

You will coach a team of shift leads and ops associates, manage scheduling, safety, and compliance, and drive KPI-based improvements to ensure on-time, correct orders. This is a full-time role with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in an operational role with process optimisation and team management.
• Experience coaching and developing talent; provide feedback.
• Able to translate KPIs into concrete processes.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Team-oriented; hands-on with picking/packing/inbounding.

Responsibilities

• Own the hub's operational flow: picking, packing, and delivery.
• Lead Safety and Compliance topics (food hygiene, labour law, safety).
• Report to City Manager with 7-10 other Hub Managers.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Hub leadership team (Shift Leads, Ops Associates).
• Ensure outstanding customer experience by timely, correct orders.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders; ensure safety.
• Manage scheduling for the whole team to cover peak times.
• Foster a culture of ownership and collaboration in the hub.
• Stay close to operations; hands-on involvement in key tasks.
