Job summary

Flink is seeking a Shift Lead (m/f/d) to be the right hand of the Hub Manager, leading a hands-on team on the floor. You will ensure timely and intact deliveries while keeping the team motivated and prepared for each shift.

The role combines field leadership with operational excellence in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. 4-week pay cycles and benefits accompany the hourly base rate.

Qualifications

• You enjoy working with people and serve as the team contact.
• Hands-on; enjoy working in operations.
• Remain calm under pressure and motivate the team daily.
• Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail or catering.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders.
• Own productivity and safety, keeping operations tight.
• Hands-on with picking, packing, and inbounding daily.
• Support Hub Manager in their absence to expedite orders.
• Oversee safety, coaching, inventory, equipment, hygiene, and onboarding.
