Job summary

Flink is seeking a Shift Lead to be the Hub Manager's right hand on the floor, ensuring orders go out fast and in perfect condition. You will motivate the team, supervise picking and packing, and maintain smooth daily operations.

This hands-on role requires leadership, strong people skills, and availability for evenings and weekends in the Eindhoven hub. Competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• You enjoy working with people and are the point of contact for the team.
• You are hands-on and thrive in fast-paced operations.
• You have some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail or catering.
• You are available for at least 24 hours per week.
• You can work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders during your shift.
• Own productivity and safety during your shift.
• Hands-on involvement in picking, packing, and inbounding.
• Act as Hub Manager's right-hand in their absence to get orders out quickly.
• Oversee safety, people coaching, inventory, equipment checks, and hygiene.
