Job summary

Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to be the right hand of the Hub Manager. You will lead on the floor, guide pickers and riders, and ensure orders go out within minutes while keeping the team motivated.

You will manage productivity and safety, take part in picking, packing, and inbounding, and mentor staff. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and growth opportunities within Flink.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with people and be the point of contact for the team.
• Hands-on and comfortable in operations.
• Remain calm under pressure and motivate the team daily.
• Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail and/or catering.
• Available for at least 24 hours per week.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders.
• Own productivity and safety during shifts.
• Hands-on with picking, packing, and inbounding.
• Act as Hub Manager’s right-hand in their absence and drive hub goals.
• Oversee safety, coaching, inventory, equipment, hygiene, and onboarding.
