Flink in Arnhem is seeking a Shift Lead (m/f/d) to manage team operations hands-on and ensure timely grocery deliveries. You'll work closely with the Hub Manager and lead your team effectively while maintaining productivity and safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team during shifts by setting a positive example.

• Conduct hands-on picking, packing, and inbounding.
• Step up in the Hub Manager's absence to maintain operations.
• Coach and onboard new team members, ensuring safety and compliance.
