Job summary

Delfins Beach Resort Bonaire is seeking a Maintenance Employee (fulltime) to keep guest rooms, facilities, and resort grounds in safe, well‑functioning condition. You will perform repairs, support planned maintenance, and assist with technical projects to ensure a seamless guest experience.

You will be part of a hands-on maintenance team, with on-call duties within evening hours. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and quality in a hospitality setting connected to the Hilton network.

Qualifications

• Experience with building systems, basic electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain guest rooms and facilities.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and guest comfort.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms, buildings, and resort grounds.
• Perform repairs on sanitary systems, HVAC, lighting, and locks.
• Carry out basic electrical work like sockets/switches and minor issues.
• Inspect rooms before arrival for proper operation.
• Collaborate with external contractors for specialized work.
• Attend on-call shifts to address urgent issues after hours.
