Job summary

Hef Associates seeks a dynamic Finance SSC Manager to lead our global transactional accounting operations, overseeing AR, AP and GL across multiple entities worldwide. You will drive standardization, automation, and timely month‑end and year‑end closings.

The role requires strong leadership, change management, ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), and excellent stakeholder engagement with regional controllers and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in finance operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing global teams and multi-entity environments.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and regional GAAPs.
• Proven track record in rolling out ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Netsuite), process improvement, and change management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.

Financial Shared Services Center Manager ( remote, full-time)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced finance professional to lead our Group Shared Service Center (SSC) for global transactional accounting operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) processes across a diverse group of legal entities around the globe.

In addition to daily operations, we always have projects on the roadmap—in which you will play a key role! We are expanding quite rapidly and, in addition to sustainable growth, we are pursuing a buy-and-build strategy. Because of this, you will need to onboard and integrate new acquisitions. We are also in the process of rolling out NetSuite throughout the entire finance organization. As an SSC manager, you will also play a key role in further standardizing, improving, and automating our processes, and you will be the main driver of these changes.

Profile
