HEF Associates in the Haarlem/Amsterdam area is seeking a NetSuite Application Administrator who thrives at the intersection of business, IT and operations. You will be the go-to NetSuite expert within a small hands-on IT team, responsible for projects, process improvements and optimising the NetSuite environment for Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement and Sales.

The role is on-site with some flexibility and a strong emphasis on practical business impact.

Qualifications

For one of our clients, HEF Associates is looking for a NetSuite Application Administrator who enjoys working at the intersection of business, IT and operations.

NetSuite is at the heart of this organisation’s administrative and operational processes. Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement and Sales all rely on the platform on a daily basis.

You will become the go-to person for NetSuite within a small and hands-on IT team.

This is not just a support role. You will spend part of your time helping users, but the majority of your role will focus on projects, process improvements, optimisation and further developing the NetSuite environment.

What will you be doing?

• Managing and configuring NetSuite from a functional perspective
• Translating business requirements into practical system solutions
• Improving and automating existing business processes
• Working across Order Management, Supply Chain, MRP, Warehouse, Manufacturing and Finance
• Analysing issues within NetSuite and its integrations
• Coordinating changes and projects with an external NetSuite implementation partner
• Supporting new functionality, upgrades and optimisation projects
• Continuously looking for ways to make processes and systems smarter

The environment is operational and very hands-on.

One day you might be discussing a requirement with Finance, while the next day you are working with colleagues in the warehouse to understand how an operational process can be improved.

Who are we looking for?

• We are looking for someone who is curious, pragmatic and eager to take ownership.
• Ideally, you have experience with NetSuite and a background in either:
• Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse / Manufacturing
• You do not need to be an expert in both.
• If your strength is Finance, you should be interested in learning more about Supply Chain. If your background is Supply Chain, you should be comfortable developing your understanding of Finance.
• Experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred, although candidates with strong functional experience in another ERP platform may also be considered.
• Most importantly, you enjoy understanding how a business works and translating that into better processes and systems.

• Location: Haarlem area, within walking distance of the station
• 36–40 hours per week
• Office: strong preference for working on-site, with some flexibility
• International environment – Dutch is not required
