Job summary

IT Works Recruitment Europe partners with a leading Oracle NetSuite consultancy in the Netherlands to hire a Dutch-speaking NetSuite Support Consultant in Amsterdam. You will provide functional support, configure solutions, and help clients maximise their NetSuite investment.

You will work with customers across finance, operations, CRM and inventory, resolving tickets, delivering training, and contributing to upgrades and enhancements to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience.
• Experience in NetSuite Support, Functional Consultant or Administrator role.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
• Experience with NetSuite configuration including saved searches, workflows, forms and roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle NetSuite users.
• Investigate and resolve support tickets across finance, operations, CRM and inventory modules.
• Configure NetSuite to meet changing business requirements.
• Work directly with customers to understand issues and deliver practical solutions.
• Troubleshoot system errors and coordinate with technical teams where required.
• Deliver user training and provide guidance on NetSuite best practices.
• Create functional documentation and maintain system processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer processes and system performance.
• Support enhancement projects, upgrades and new feature rollouts.
