Job summary

Hef Associates seeks a dynamic Finance SSC Manager to lead our global transactional accounting operations, overseeing AR, AP and GL across multiple entities worldwide. You will drive standardization, automation, and timely month‑end and year‑end closings.

The role requires strong leadership, change management, ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), and excellent stakeholder engagement with regional controllers and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in finance operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing global teams and multi-entity environments.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and regional GAAPs.
• Proven track record in rolling out ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Netsuite), process improvement, and change management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of 8+ accounting professionals.
• Oversee end-to-end transactional accounting activities (AR, AP, GL) for 20+ entities across 5 continents.
• Drive standardization and automation of processes across regions.
• Maintain strong internal controls and collaborate with regional Financial Controllers for compliance.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance to roll out ERP usage and reporting tools.
• Monitor KPIs and service levels; provide updates to senior leadership.
• Support the integration of newly acquired entities into the SSC.
• Act as key contact for regional controllers and external partners.
