Stafide is seeking a ServiceNow Workflow Consultant to design efficient workflows aligned with customer journeys and business objectives, leveraging deep ServiceNow expertise. You will translate requirements into effective workflow solutions, develop user stories and testing strategies, and guide customers through review and acceptance to ensure successful delivery.

Formación

• 6–8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, workflow capabilities, and business process consulting.
• Experience designing and optimizing workflows based on customer requirements and business objectives.
• Hands-on experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer documents.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications aligned with the workflow domain.
• Understanding of AI concepts and ability to integrate AI into workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements into practical ServiceNow workflow solutions.
• Lead customer engagements and manage assigned projects independently.
• Analyze complex functional issues, identify root causes, and drive effective resolutions.
• Create clear and structured user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and documentation.
• Train customers to develop their own user stories and testing strategies while guiding review and approval.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and support their professional development.
• Collaborate effectively with customers, product teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Apply AI tools under guidance to improve workflow efficiency, generate insights, and support strategic initiatives.
• Explain relevant AI capabilities, use cases, and ethical considerations in customer contexts.
