Job summary

Stafide is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Workflow Consultant to design and optimize workflows aligned with customer journeys. You will translate requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions, develop user stories and testing strategies, and support knowledge transfer across teams.

You will mentor junior consultants, maintain relevant ServiceNow certifications, and apply AI capabilities to streamline processes and improve decision making in client engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities and workflow design.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical workflow solutions.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer documents.
• Experience coaching junior consultants and leading functional discussions.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and responsible AI practices in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design efficient ServiceNow workflows aligned with customer journeys and business objectives.
• Translate requirements into workflow solutions using platform capabilities and best practices.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer documents.
• Guide customers in documenting, validating, and approving requirements.
• Mentor Associate Business Process Consultants and support their development.
• Maintain ServiceNow skills and certifications aligned with workflows.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and identify optimization opportunities.
