Job summary

Unknown Retailer in the Netherlands is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to own the platform's architecture and roadmap. You translate business requirements into scalable, value-driven technical solutions across ITSM, CSM and CMDB, delivering measurable improvements in service quality.

You will lead design, governance and integration with third-party systems such as Azure AD, Jira and SCCM, while mentoring the team and driving continuous improvement in a fast-growing IT organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience including 4+ years in ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
• Extensive experience with ITSM, CSM and CMDB modules.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems (Azure AD, Jira, SCCM).

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Set and enforce standards with diagrams, mappings and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align changes with business objectives.
