Job summary

Rezolve Ai in the Netherlands seeks a Platform Architect to own the functional roadmap for the ServiceNow platform and ensure ongoing health and dashboard insights.

You will maintain the capability map, translate issues into design solutions, and contribute to the platform vision with IT4IT-informed guidance. A strong background in ServiceNow deployments and citizen development is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with implementing ServiceNow (8+ deployments).
• Knowledge of IT4IT principles and their application across platforms.
• Ability to translate issues into concrete solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform functional roadmap and ensure platform health and dashboards.
• Maintain the ServiceNow capability map (deployed, licensed, not licensed, licensed not used, etc.).
• Translate issues into solution designs and support the team with complex questions.
• Contribute to the platform vision and architecture, drawing on experience from other customers and IT4IT possibilities.
• Set architecture guidelines and monitor adherence; keep the integration map up to date.
• Promote Citizen Development by DevOps teams at NS.

Hybrid position (with valid work permit in Netherlands)

• Owner of the platform functional roadmap and responsible for platform health and the associated tools and findings dashboards.
• Maintains the ServiceNow capability map (deployed, licensed, not licensed, licensed not used, etc.).
• Translates issues into solution designs. Supports the team with complex questions.
• The platform architect actively contributes to formulating the vision, drawing on experience gained with other customers and the possibilities offered by ServiceNow modules.
• Sets architecture guidelines and monitors compliance with them. Keeps the platform integration map up to date and stays informed of ongoing integration initiatives.
• Has extensive knowledge of IT4IT principles.
• Contributes to the positioning of the ServiceNow platform within the organization and participates in the architecture board.
• Actively supports the use and promotion of Citizen Development by DevOps teams at NS.
• Has demonstrable experience in implementing ServiceNow (more than 8 implementations).
• Has demonstrable experience in implementing ServiceNow based on IT4IT principles (at least 2 implementations)
• Has demonstrable experience in drawing up ServiceNow roadmaps (at least 2 implementations)
