We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect / Lead Developer to drive technical delivery within a high‑performance pod. This role is ideal for a hands‑on architect with deep platform expertise and strong leadership capabilities, especially across AI‑driven builds and complex enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery across the pod, ensuring high-quality output.


• Act as the primary hands‑on architect for AI and Agentic AI builds using MCP solution design.


• Conduct technical discovery sessions with customers and translate requirements into scalable solutions.


• Mentor and peer‑review technical consultants to uplift delivery capability.


• Serve as the escalation point for technical blockers and solution design challenges.
