Job summary

MPower Plus in Amsterdam is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Architect for a permanent hybrid role (2/3 days working from office). Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

You will design and implement ServiceNow solutions, leveraging extensive IT experience and presales exposure. The ideal candidate has 10+ years IT, 3+ years ServiceNow presales, strong stakeholder communication, and knowledge of MSP models, AI innovations, and licensing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years in ServiceNow presales.
• Strong experience designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Solid understanding of enterprise service management and digital workflow concepts.
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in clear business terms to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Managed Service Provider (MSP) model.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI innovations, Licensing models
• Excellent communication skills, with tenacious mindset.
• Good organizational and people skills to communicate with business stakeholders.
• Self-driven, motivated and results orientated.
