Job summary

La Fosse seeks a Certified Technical Architect to own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, turning requirements into blueprints, and driving successful go-lives across global deployments.

You will define governance bodies, ensure security and data governance, and mentor teams while presenting strategies to executive audiences. This is a contract/freelance role based in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Active ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification.
• 3–5 years as a Platform or Enterprise Architect.
• Depth across HAM, SAM, ITSM and ITOM.

Responsibilities

• Own the E2E platform architecture ensuring scalability, security and performance across modules.
• Lead HLDs and LLDs for complex, multi-instance, global and integrated deployments.
• Define and run technical governance to minimise technical debt.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide architectural assurance for security, data governance and compliance.
• Design and govern REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub patterns; own CMDB/CSDM data model.
• Act as top escalation point for architecture, performance and security.
• Coach and mentor architects and dev teams; present strategy to C-suite and technical audiences.

Job Title: ServiceNow - Technical Architect

Engagement: Contract / Freelance

Duration: 1 year initial contract

We're hiring for a Certified Technical Architect to own the E2E architecture of the ServiceNow platform turning business and technical requirements into blueprints, running technical governance and driving successful go-lives.

Day to day Requirements

• Own the E2E platform architecture keeping it scalable, secure and performant across all live and planned modules
• Lead HLDs and LLDs for complex, multi-instance, global and highly integrated implementations
• Define and run technical governance (e.g. Design Authority Board), enforcing best practice to minimise technical debt
• Conduct risk assessments and provide architectural assurance across security, data governance and compliance
• Design and govern secure REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub patterns, and own the data model (CMDB, CSDM)
• Act as the top technical escalation point for architecture, performance and security challenges
• Coach and mentor architects and dev teams, and present strategy and roadmaps to C-suite and technical audiences

Required Skills

• Active ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certfication
• Hands on experience in ServiceNow solution design, development and implementation, including 3-5 years as a Platform or Enterprise Architect
• Demonstrated depth across the core platform and multiple major suites (HAM, SAM, ITSM, ITOM)
• Proven track record architecting and leading large-scale, complex, global ServiceNow deployments
