Job summary

A2G Technologies in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Integration Architect to lead the architecture and design of enterprise integrations into ServiceNow across CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, Event Management, asset, monitoring, and discovery use cases.

You will own end-to-end integration architecture, design scalable patterns using APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, MID Server, and event pipelines; collaborate with distributed teams and ensure data quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Strong ServiceNow Integration Architecture experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, Event Management, Discovery, and CI lifecycle management.
• Proven experience integrating monitoring, asset, discovery, inventory, and infrastructure platforms with ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, reconciliation, normalization, transformation, and data quality.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and supportable integration architectures.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow security, ACLs, Domain Separation, and controlled access models.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end integration architecture for enterprise source systems into ServiceNow.
• Design scalable integration patterns using APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, MID Server, event pipelines, and batch integrations.
• Define source-of-truth, data ownership, reconciliation, normalization, and CI data models.
• Architect integrations with platforms such as Splunk, Zabbix, Flexera, SCCM, NetBox, Datadog, Active Directory, vCenter, and Azure.
• Define secure and resilient integration patterns covering authentication, credentials, scheduling, retries, error handling, logging, monitoring, and performance.
• Establish data quality controls, transformation standards, duplicate prevention, and operational support models.
• Guide developers on ServiceNow integration and implementation best practices.
• Ensure domain separation, access controls, data segregation, and rights management are incorporated into the architecture.
• Collaborate with onshore architects, process leads, platform owners, infrastructure teams, and developers.

Your Profile & DNA:

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in telecom, utilities, critical infrastructure, or other complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with OT/network asset structures and service-impact relationships.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-CMDB, CIS-ITSM, or IntegrationHub.
