Job summary

Stafide is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer in Amsterdam to design and implement workflow automations, integrations, and notifications within the platform.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive best practices, and contribute to the technical vision using your ServiceNow expertise across IRM and TPRM domains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Experience in at least one ServiceNow implementation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM and TPRM.
• Experience with ITSM integrations, Service Catalog, Performance Analytics, and workflows.

• Support implementation through Source Control, Update Sets, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth transitions from development to production.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Demonstrated experience in at least one ServiceNow implementation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and TPRM (Third Party Risk Management).
• Experience with ITSM integrations, Service Catalog, Performance Analytics, and workflows.
• Strong scripting and configuration management skills.
• Experience with Application Portfolio Management and ServiceNow widgets, including basic and advanced capabilities.
• Knowledge of IT Operations Management, ITSM, SPM, and HRSD.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for relevant modules.

You should possess the ability to:

• Apply advanced ServiceNow scripting and development skills.
